Get the festive feeling at Blacon Christmas lights switch-on

Families are invited to enjoy some festive fun at the Blacon Christmas Lights Switch-on.

This year’s event is taking place outside the Parade Enterprise Centre at 5pm on Thursday 2 December, with the lights switched on by the Deputy Lord Mayor of Chester, Cllr John Leather. Free festive refreshments will also be on offer.

Paul Knight, Head of Avenue Services, which is organising the switch-on, said: “We’re looking forward to a great seasonal celebration, and would like to thank the Deputy Lord Mayor for joining us and helping get the countdown to Christmas in Blacon officially underway.”
