Avenue Services has a board of people who oversee its management and operation. The board is made up of three appointed representatives from Cheshire West and Chester Council, three from Sanctuary Group and two representatives from the Blacon community.
Our board of directors share our ambition and vision for Blacon, to regenerate the estate and create a thriving community by investing in services and assets.
