Platinum Jubilee celebration

Chester FC Community Trust and Blacon Youth FC are teaming up to host Blacon’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration next month.

The Community Trust has been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to enable the community to come together to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

The family event will take place on Saturday 4th June from 10am to 3pm at Canterbury Road Playing Fields (CH1 5BW).

There will be a host of activities on the day including football games, traditional sports day games, sensory play, arts and crafts, face painting, inflatables and live music and entertainment. There will also be food and drinks, and best of all admission is free!

A limited number of stall pitches are available for local business too and anyone requiring more information or to enquire about a stall can email anna.price@chesterfc.com or ellie.henagulph@chesterfc.com.
