Take part in our customer satisfaction survey

Avenue Services is conducting a customer satisfaction survey about the street cleaning and grounds maintenance services that are carried out in Blacon.

We’re keen to know what our community think of the service we currently provide and how this can be improved.

The survey is anonymous and will run until 10 April. It should only take you around five to 10 minutes to complete.

An online version of the survey is available to complete here or you can download a printable version here that can be handed in at the Parade Enterprise Centre reception or Blacon Adventure Playground where paper copies will be also be available. Our street cleaning and grounds maintenance teams will also be carrying copies of the survey, so please feel free to ask them for a copy.
